Recipes: "Salmorejo"
Ingredients:
-Tomatoes
- Bread
-1 Cup Olive
Oil
-1 Clove of
Garlic
- Vinegar
- A Pinch of
Salt
-1
Hard-Boiled Egg
- Sliced
Serrano Ham
1. Wash the tomatoes an cut out the cores of the tomatoes and cut them into 4 pieces.
2. Place them in a blender, and
blend until they liquify.
3. Add bread, oil, vinegar, salt, and garlic and
blend until the soup is an even texture.
4. Serve in small bowls with diced hardboiled egg and sliced ham as
condiments.
5. Cool it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
